Ive been around for awhile & been in love, truly in love, it just hurts to much, for both involved when things go horribly wrong.
You fall in love, feel the pitta, patta of butterfly wings in your stomach, thats the good part, then one of you want a commitment, & all hell breaks loose.

As an Australian, we are very connected with the US, sometimes I think unfortunately. I personally think the whole world is beyond repair. Something huge, Bibically needs to happen. Like in the days of Noah, where God flooded the world, & started over. The US government supposed to be the leaders of the world, instead they send troops to other countries to kill innocent people without having conclusive evidence of anything malicious. Furthermore, they send their own fathers, sons, husbands to die for no reason to satisfy their own guilt for not admitting they have made a mistake. Yes, I agree, people must accept us the way we are. My weight loss was for my benifit, because I have never given a damn about what people use to say about me. The amount of respect that I get today, from the same people who use to tease me, its unbelievable. Again, I didnt do it for them, I did it for me. They use to say, " you're fat", my answer to that was simply, "I can lose weight, but you will always be butt ugly", hope you're laughing, because I am.

25 LBS is not allot to lose. I encourage you to make a choice. Quite simple really. eg. When you wake up in the morning, "do I want to be Happy or Sad", "Good day or Bad day". "Do I want to carry 25lbs or do I want to lose them", FOREVER. Enough said, Commence immediately & good luck.
I have heard of your programme. Stick to it & never give up. The benifits of permanent weight loss, is astronomical. You will be able to give up your diabetic pills for ever. Please keep in touch, I will like to share your journey. By the way, when I was obese, all my clothes were like tents, now I even get asked to model clothes in fashion parades. Its awesome.
To musichic, Never start any weight loss regime until you are fully committed. The weight loss has opened doors for me that previously would never have opened. I dance and teach Latin/American street dance to people half my age. I walk marathons, I do stuff now that I would never had done when I was 20. To me it has indeed been a journey, which I will continue, without a destination. God Bless.
Hi Guys, I want to share my weight loss journey. In August 2004, I was 48years old. I weighed 122kgs or 264 pounds. I was obese & knew that my life was in danger & was told by my Doctor that I would not be alive at 50. All through my life since the age of 16years, I have been on all types of diets, they work while you are on it, once you stop, you regain the weight you lost, plus gain some more. I searched high & low, not for another diet, but indeed a Lifestyle change.
I found the Holy Grail of permanent weight loss. I was taught how to eat, what to eat, when to eat, 5 hours in between meals, must eat 3 meals a day, weigh my food, drink a huge amount of water & definitely no snacking in between meals.
I have inspired many friends & aquaintances to follow the simple rules. I tell them it is hard work to lose it & even harder work to keep it off.
Since August 2004 I have lost 44kgs or 95 pounds. My present weight is 78kgs or 168 pounds. Apart from feeling & looking great, my fitness levels are (quoted by my shocked Doctor) the same as a 25year old athlete. They say, Life begins at 40, My life began at 50.
Yes I know, I am Latino Dance Tutor & teach some russian girls. I havent see vool in their armpits or anywhere else for that matter. Glad you like my joke.
You're a good looking guy, easy. A black suit with a white shirt, black shiny shoes plus a bow tie, but not black, always works for me. Dont forget your aftershave, not the overpowering stuff, subtle, but nice. I get told repeatedly, its not the size, its the way you use it. I am not as endowed as one would want, I think, but have been told that my tongue makes up more than the difference.
