Introverted (I), Sensing (S), Feeling (F) and Judging (J)
The Defender personality type is quite unique, as many of their qualities defy the definition of their individual traits. Though sensitive, Defenders have excellent analytical abilities; though reserved, they have well-developed people skills and robust social relationships; and though they are generally a conservative type, Defenders are often receptive to change and new ideas. As with so many things, people with the Defender personality type are more than the sum of their parts, and it is the way they use these strengths that defines who they are.
a part of all that is learning to love yourself as is....now the authentic self is covered up by kinds of conditioning and things from outside such as beliefs etc...its an unlearning plus an uncovering of who you are underneath all that...it happens naturally and its not something you can make happen.....

im very visual...I can also visualize outcomes....I too have a photographic memory but due to so much clutter it has to be triggered by something in order for me to remember it....this is where being able to finally let go came in handy....the reason I always had so much trouble with math is almost what you are describing...I couldn't visualize it so my mind couldn't comprehend the more difficult math problems...so I know a bit about what its like to not be able to visualize something and have it not compute in your mind.....
I was always a talker...I was also born an empath for lack of a better word and saw my first orb at the age of 8....the ability to read people and situations....intelligence by grade 4 I could read at a gr 8 level....but my mind could never process more difficult math correctly.....
