I'm not sure of what its like in South Africa. But here in Australia women are quite capable of earning their own income and maintaining their own independence, if there was a day of looking for a man with money I think its over. An established woman will not seek money she can make her own, and live quite comfortably.
the gambling and alcohol, tobacco industries are all about one thing..

If RSA was policed the way it should be, then we wouldn't see legless, paraletic people on the streets or in pubs, clubs. One thing will have them thrown out, not the consumption of alcohol they have consumed, the anger that comes with the alcohol and the fist happy attitude it show joyfully brings.
I have seen many a time, consumers at bars ordering drinks and being served them, when it is very obvious its time to close the bar on them $$$$$$$$$$
Interesting though, with the gambling industry how much money is too much money and to what people, and who judges how much?
How do you police that? Mr Smith is a millionaire that doesn't really care how much he loses.
Mr Jones is on an average wage, and is behind in bills?
I'd like to know, as I have thought about this many times.
