Instead of wasting money to stop the X Factor song getting to No 1 just put the amount of money you would have spent on the single to charity...and stop being so silly!!
well I think theres always room for differences of opinion in the more serious threads..thats life.... but i dont like to see bullying, abusive behaviour or personal stuff being dragged into the thread...oh and I dont like sweary words being dished out every two seconds either .....
It depends on who you are telling...if I told my Dad Id met a man on the internet he'd take a hairy fit, keel over and pop his clogs with his legs in the air....
Yep me!!....it started late last night when my daughter put up the Christmas tree and I sat in the darkness looking at the twinkling fairy lights while sipping on a wee drambuie... happy days!!
I wished I just lived in Wexford..a mere stones throw from Dublin lol.....I mean if I can travel from Glasgow??? Cant make this one Jonathan...have a family night in Glasgow on the 19th but hope ye all have a good one!!!
I know its truly awful...and Im gonny get crucified for saying this but its doing the Irish economy no favours at all.....at a time when it needs all the help it can get.....BUT I can understand people who arent working and living on a pittance etc driving north....under the circumstances Id probably do the same..... One of the things I love most about the Irish people is that they are fiercly proud and protective of Ireland and all things Irish, yet when it comes to money they drive to the UK as it were, to shop Im judging no one here..its just my thoughts.
Yeah and I hear you cant buy online at UK prices any longer either.....so not fair.... But you know something we get ripped off when we come over there too.....open your mouth, let the taxi drivers and barmen hear your accent and they fleece you....human nature or what??
Your wages are much higher over there than they are here....the supermarkets obviously take that into consideration when setting their prices....and Im sure transport costs must come into play too. Im thinking Tesco here.
RE: Rage Against the Machine for Xmas Number One
I meant dont buy any of them....give the money to charity instead...
