Would it be within reason to say that a "yes" vote will basically mean a decade, or possibly longer, of cuts in Government spending and increases in indirect taxation, ie Vat, property tax, car tax etc and the eventual raising of this corporate tax which the French seem to have a big issue with.

We should tell Europe to go to hell(or words to that effect) and throw our lot in with Canada......we'll probably all have emigrated there soon anyway

Good man thanks, I'll be start with a proper diagnostic on Monday with an auto elec who has the proper equipment for the job and will then be workin back along the checklist. Thanks A_B and thanks everyone for all the suggestions and help

No lights on on the dash either, nothin whatsoever showing up as a problem untill you try drive it, it went into LIMP mode this eve and then reset itself as soon as ignition was turned off and back on again

Could be just a coincedence with the lights It's not long serviced, no black smoke, injectors seem to be ok as does heater plugs

Are there any Mechanics on this site or anyone that has had trouble with a Nissan X-Trail?
I seem to have had a run of trouble with mine in the last few days, engine stalling when I go to change down gears, tonight I had no power in the engine whatsoever 0 to 60 took about 15 min, full headlights are gone now as well. I dont seem to be able to get any satisfaction from any of the garages that I've taken it to they all seem to be only able to have a guess at whats wrong. No fault codes showing up of course

Forgive my over simplistic view, and I'm not too well up on things financial! but if we still had our punt would we not have just devalued it and attracted business from other countries? of course then that raises the argument as to whether the "boom" would ever have taken place
