OMG well done you you must be thrilled! I did briefly try slimming world but got confused with all the free and not so free foods, guess I am easily confused! But perhaps that was due to being so used to weight watchers! Best of luck, be proud of yourself you've done amazing!
thanks all, ya your right, it all depends on the individual. Tried no carbs and lasted 4 weeks before, and lost 7 pounds, I caved in and thought it wasn't worth it! Think ill stick with celeb slim for another week, may aswel have bought the bloody things! Motivation weightloss is good too apparently, a neighbour lost 13stones, and he had tried everything before hand and my friend has lost 3 stone in 4 months! good luck to you all
Hey, Just wondering has anyone ever tried celebrity slim diet and how did ye fair out? Really not into it, and always thought it was bull, but having seen my friend lose a lot of weight with it ive bought into it!
I volunteer in 2 different organisations, athough one i have had to cut back with college work, but take a trip in when i can, but in one of the organisations, at the moment there are more men than women volunteers. We lost quite a few women volunteers especiay in the last year, for reasons unknown really. What i do find though it is harder to get the men to commit to the one night a week or the one night a month, whatever the case may be! i dont know why though!
Galway! What more can i say?! Sunset over the prom, wandering through the little lane ways throughout the city and of course at the moment, the christmas market purely for the atmosphere!
RE: What's on your mind, part 19.75. :P
