The crowd are at ease again after martyg fixed the popcorn machine...

Looks like Carlos is on the way back with 3 decent polls to Gillys head,.. Dont think Gilly has recovered from the low blow in round 7..... Carlos is well on top (think he likes it that way)

Gilly has responded with a weak attempt at a Devil thread but it hit fresh air, but is still hanging in there with a "life at 16" to the head of Carlos.....




Round 8 goes to Carlos....

Jimbhoy runs to resupply the crown as beer stocks are running low

Now this fight has exploded into action as Gilly has Carlos on the ropes, with 5 great threads to the face and Carlos can only reply with a wee poll and even that was a low blow. But Gilly has balls of steel.

Gilly hit 3 threads to Carlos's face and 2 super body threads had hhim wilting for a mandatory 8 count....
But Carlos came back with his Poll to the balls which stopped the Gilly momentum...

Will gillys bruised nuts have an affect later in the fight
Will Gilly be able to keep up the pace

Could Carlos mount a comeback

One things for sure this fight is reaching fever pitch and the crowd are unhappy as CS ran out of popcorn(possible crowd trouble could have major consequencies here)

Gilly comes back with a Straight thread to the jaw an oldie but effective thread it was too...

Carlos has been polling useless polls in the ring to no effect and even changed tactics in putting a few threads up too, but the big chap shook off his new tactics and is starting to impose the other planet thread onto Carlos......
Is the start of Gilly bringing in the Big Gun alien thread

One things for sure... this fight has the people on thier feet

Great news, hope she has a happy life now... I've seen at first hand someone shoot himself.. right in front of 8 of us.... Was the worse thing i'd ever seen and I've seen a lot, the hardest thing was trying to explain to his wife....

Looks like both fighters are re-thinking tactics for this fight... do they keep it tight, duck and weave and go the distance.... or do they go for one big POLL or THREAD to the jaw for the KO

This fight looks like its going to be one hell of battle. Nobody has got on top this round so it's honours even ding round 5 ends....
