Funny isn't it when we were kids nothing ever bothered us and as far as we were concerned we would be on this planet forever , but alas we grow up and start to lose much loved ones and only then we realize how vunerable we really are. It's important to live the rest of our lives like there is no tomorrow to the fullest and try our best to take care of our health and well being plus look out for our family and friends well being as well hug teddybear heart beating

RE: PERTH PEOPLE

I thought he took his new lady to the last Melb meet dunno

He hasn't been on CS for a long time I think since the last meet think he is in serious relationship he could of said "SEE YA LATER YOU LOT"wave and we could have said our cherrio's and wish him the best oh! well them's the breaks.

RE: PERTH PEOPLE

Usually once a year wine

RE: PERTH PEOPLE

They do have a singles site for Perth singles to meet up but not a web site like CS. I don't care to go to these meets because you turn up at the venue where they are to meet and they are complete strangers "meaning" you know anything about them at all never chatted on line until the actual meet. A couple of my friends went once and didn't enjoy it for same reason.

On CS we chat nearly every day if we wish and we kinda get an idea of who each of us are & about our likes and dislikes etc! etc! and then we all jump on a plane and fly to a meeting and that is how most of the peeps on here form good frienships. Plus I see it also as a get away long weekend I do love to go away for a weekender thumbs up I have met some of the people on here when I was in Melbourne last and I can say they were just the people they portrayed on line and was a great pleasure to catch up with them and I am looking forward to seeing them again and the other CS members for the first time too. hug

I also think we W.A sand groupers are a tad too far from all the other states to have a meet for all of our states to come to which is our downfall. sigh Melbourne is central plus a fun place to visit their city is alive & buzzin where's Perth city goes to sleep early most night yawn sleep laugh sad but true. Having said all that I still love my Perth.

RE: PERTH PEOPLE

Why feel left out it just makes us more popular I think confused laugh

But on a serious note we aren't that isolated and I often wonder where are all the Perth peeps too ?

Go to Melbourne meet then you will feel part of the CS thingy friendships handshake buddies dance danceline

RE: MELBOURNE MEET March 23, 2013

RE: What a great morning !!!

Lucky You micky I just got home from work it was hot out there sweating heaps had a cold shower feel almost human again.

On the way to work this morning there was smoke everywhere coming from the hills about 40 klms away heading out to sea could smell the smoke almost to work coming home it wasn't as bad , it's a big fire in the hills lots of horse properties are there. I haven't seen the news up date yet on the fire hope everyone is safe. I did phone a friend who lives in the hills and they are ok.

Wish we could get some rain so sick of this heat sorry but my day was average sigh
