but nobody here has claimed a high IQ makes you 'better'... IQ measures a persons intelligence in certain areas... so what if people like to take them.. i enjoyed taking mine and i enjoyed getting my result... it was just a personal thing.
Most people who are bright or verge on the border of genius are quite often 'dysfunctional'.... they often have obsessive behaviour and very poor social skills... IQ does mean something but nobody here has claimed that a high IQ makes you a 'good' or 'functional' human being.
sure why not!!! I mean, if that's the case you may as well question why anyone gets up in the morning at all.... we're all gonna die someday so what's the point of doing anything!!!
for fun.. for experience.. for curiosity... out of boredom... out of genuine interest.. because it's human nature...
