Sun Sings alone don't tell you very much, hence the reason people think astrology is crap, because they don't know how to do it, or understand how it works for real. Real Astrological matchmaking, for anything, Relationships, friends, family, boss, etc... is an intense process that has many parts not just, "hey Im a Cancer, I don't get along with Capricorn"
I would encourage non-believers to get a REAL chart done, see what it says, it may change your mind.

I would start a thread if anyone is interested but it really wouldn't make much sense if you don't know your chart. There is alot of info on the Internet about relationship astrology too. If anyone had specific questions though I would be glad to answer. If you know your birthday, exact time and place you were born you can do a free chart on the net to find out where all your planets are at, or I can do it. For relationships the most important things are Venus, mars, the moon, the sun, the vertex, asc and desc, as well as the 7th, 4th and 8th houses. Also all the aspects in a chart. Sounds complicated but it's pretty easy. For example, two sun signs that are traditionally not supposed to be compatible like say, Aries and cancer, could have very favorable aspects that could prove to be a very strong match. That's why sun signs alone don't work. If any one wants anymore info just ask.
Totally, and it's pretty easy to prove, but it's not just the sun sign, it's the whole chart based on birthday time and place. I've been doing relationship astrology for a few years now.
These are all good, those of you with nothing must be able to rennet something, even the little things.
I guess for me, I made up a poem for her ant cut it into 20 pieces, starting at her alarm clock so it was the first thing she saw, each had a clue to find the next piece. I made each one go to something she liked, starting small to the end which was tons of candles and a bed of Lilly petals (she didn't like roses). Along the way I made things, or had her go places for the next part. I sent her to her friends (in on it to) and she took her to a spa day I planned for them, when they were done, the spa lady took her a new dress I bought her with the next clue for dinner. It was an all day event, she loved every second cause it kept her guessing what was next. The final part of the poem asked her to marry me, she said yes, then cheated 4 months later.
Sun sign matching really doesn't have that much to do with the overall compatibility. In astrology there are 12 signs, 12 houses, 10 planets, an ascending sign, and then all the aspects in the chart. Every persons true horroscope contains all of these, not just the sun.
For example, a Leo sun may have a Pisces moon, venus etc which would make them very selfless in relationships, wanting to put others first instead of the Leo me first attitude. That's very general, but the point is you need much more info than just the sun to determine if it's a good match.
guys: you can pick what women do too if you like, it's just been my observation that most (not all) times we men seem to be the ones making the biggest blunders. Usually whatever your partner is doing "wrong" is based on something we did or didn't do. Just my opinion.
(to clarify, I'm talking serious relationships. Lots of things happen in the short term, that's why there short)
That is probably the number 1 thing. I also did that once when I was younger, it cost me a great deal, I vowed never to do it again. In my case I put my career over everything else, after it all crashed down I saw what was most important was gone.
