hi rubicon, i always find your comments, intelligent,well read,and diversified. even if i do not agree all the time they are respected. i believe that the OP here was not trying to slam anyone's inteelligence,or their education levels(i've personally known some very smart,talented what we call illiterate people today)if someone is called deaf or dumb,we would automatically cognisize that the person, can't hear or speak,correct? or in my case, can't type worth a damn,lol. ithink we as a people globally do not speak up, or give our opinions ,in voice, or vote, as much as we should,especially in an more, and more democratic society,sometimes one vote makes the difference you and i do not have that problem so much,lol. we will be heard i'm a pacifist in my heart,but decades of abuses,mostly emotional ,and spiritual, have made me a poet-warrior, and that sets pretty well, with the worldly scene,that's my "balance". everyone has that balance point,that they are comfortablle with,some more aggressive than us,and many who are not. dumbed down, i think so.

the three nuns were driving to the orphanage in another town, to help with the holiday season preparations,for the children. the weather was cold and the roads were icy. inspite of many prayers and crossing of the fingers, the good sisters,had a car wreck,bad one, they didn't survive. i should be noted that two of the three, had a checkered past. when they got to the pearly gates,there was st.pete. he looked up and greeted them and scrolled down the book of records,and took note of the one that was chaste,and other two with a bit of a smudge on their past. he said inspite of some problems in the past from a couple of you i'll make this easy. he turned to the first sister with,a tarnished past and said answer me one question, and you may pass throught the gates to paradise. she smiled broadly,and was glad for she had studied hard to repent,pete asks,what was one of noah's sons' names?she smiled brightly, and answered,shem ,a horn sounded the bells rang,and the angels sang and the gates opened right up. pete turned to the second sister,with a little problem,in the past, and said, same question,the second sister,smiling as well for she too had studied, to make amends,and promptly answered,ham ,a horn sounded, the bells rang and the angels sang, and the gates opened right up. the third sister,with a clean slate,really had not sinned in the past,however was not the sharpest rock in the box. when pete,turned to her,she could not remember,hung her head and started to cry. this touched pete so much,he decided to give her another chance,and asked,ok what then did eve say to adam on their wedding night? the poor virgin,through teary eyes said,"that's just too hard",the horn sounded,the bells rang and the angels sang, and the gates opened right up!

good day pacificgull; finally someone who is willing to bring up the subject of the powers that be,in stead of who's the chosen ones,lol. i've been folloeing this subject since 1979. at that time i had just read a book by an author named gary hall. the man had insider informaiton,that took him 8yrs off struggles with publishing firms,to get published. finally gave up,and had to resort to a vanity press,to get his works out to the people. i'm gathering materials for a book my self at the moment,to be titled "WORD WEAVING". it goes into the subject of control of the masses,by the artful use of words. world leaders use these to the utmost advantage. also just as there is the cage fighting mma, or mixed martial arts,these world leaders are using these words in a fashion, that i coin, mixed magical arts,this deals with the introduction of "key",or canned response"montra,words,so ingrained into our daily lives,and psyche,that they are auto-response,three of the most used,i had on a poll earlier(1)love(2)hate)(3)wish, and difficult they are to stop using,and to try to stop using these auto-response word for 1hr. thanks again for bring up this very important issue

castor oil

there was a farmer that had a cat that wasn't acting up to snuff,so the farmer decides to call the vet,and ask his advice, but it's a poor connection,but could make out what the vet said pretty good, with the various farm noises going on. he tells the vet that his cat, was sick and what should he do. through the noise the vet thought he said calf. so the vet tells him to give the sick animal a cup of castor oil. now the farmer thought that was a little much,but had a lot on his plate for the day and decided to follow directions ,and in closing the vet said he was going by that way in a while, and would stop in and check on the sick animal. so the farmer gets the funnel, and wraps the cat in a blanket and somehow manages to get most of the cup of castor oil down the cat, then goes about his business. pretty soon the vet stops by, and asks the farmer where the sick animal was? he said that it was way out in the south 40 acres,with two others,so the vet is thinking that the animal is on the mend, asks how it is acting? the farmer says can't really tell, why? says the vet. the farmer says that ther're real busy, the vet says doing what? he says the one that took the castor oil is crapping,one of the others is digging holes,and covering them back up,and the third one is looking for fresh ground

ms venus the human imagination is the most powerful tool we have to work with. i try to wake people up by association of words and ideas much like the dot,to dot game,drawing from one point to another over, and over, until a picture is developed. here we have an island. all you and your significant other has to do is choose a luxury, that will help you stay on the island,yes i know you're single,and that is good being on a dating site, but now let your imagination run free, in the story of going to the island,you do have a special friend,mate,partner, ok now choose which luxury you and your imaginary partner would take with. good vacation

yes i can see that you're very much one young lady. we're here "looking" for a significant other,so as a "couple" (in your imagination) what would you choose to have a blissful time on the island. this hypothetical here just like my poll about being in the wilderness,we weren't in the wilderness but could picture ourselves there and think about the most frightening animals.does that help?
