I am truly sorry for the pain and loneliness you feel.I cannot say that I understand because I have not been in your shoes. The lonliness I feel is just being alone and not having anyone to share my life with. My child is grown up and moved to go to university. I am a single parent and it was just us for 18 years. I am not sure what to do with all the time I have on my hands now. I am lucky though because I have great friends in my life. I am happy with who I have become.I have a great job.So..I concentrate on these things.
