I was scared to death as well about the labor and the pain that would come with it , but on the day it happened there was so much excitment I complete forgot about how worried and scared I had been.I did have a epidural and it really helped to ease the pain, and everything went well.Giving birth to a child is one of the most wonderful experiences I have had,and would do it again in a heartbeat.I'm sure you have heard many horror stories from people but remember every labor and delivery is different. The choice of the meds is completely up to you if you think having something will help you through it then have something.Congrats and good luck.
when your watching a movie with someone and they shut it off right before they ending.then when you say something about it,they reply it was done anyway we already know what happened.
i use to be a hairstylist for many years but the chemicals were becoming to harsh on my health. i love children so recently i started to work in child care and i'm loving it.people always told me that they don't pay well but thats not why i do it.yes money is a important part but you have to like and enjoy what your doing.

smiling is infectious;you catch it like the flu, when someone smiled at me today,i started smiling too. i passed around the corner and someone saw my grin when he smiled i realized i'd passed it on to him. i thought about that smile then realized it's worth, a single smile, just like mine, could travel round the earth. so if you feel a smile begin, don't leave it undetected let's start an epidemic, and get the world infected.
i didn't write this poem but it's one of my fav's just want to share it.
where i live autumn blues are unheard of but the winter blues are known as what we here call sad.soon in a few months we will only have 5 hours of daylight.many people that live here suffer from this, everyone deals with it in their own way.some people need to attend light therapy at are hospital, take extra vitamin D or antidepressants,or wait and take much needed vacations to warmer climates to cope.sometimes its tough.
