ok so you made me laugh...my dog has set up camp as my "man" at night. He sleeps under the covers with his head on a pillow and puts his paw or head on my shoulder....my life is sad.
Thank you...I really dont care at this point...I dont watch TV...my "freind" isnt home and I am tired of sitting on the front step watching my grass grow.....anybody have anything great or funny happen today?
Hi all...thanks for replying....my young man and I are fine....wish he would get a new computer so he could come play with us....and everybody could see who this mystery guy is.
Those are both too funny!! My daughter got me in a grocery store too...(am I seeing a trend??) My best friend at the time had a son the same age. We would do our grocery shopping togethor and take the kids. Well, to keep each other in line -- if we picked up junk food or what not -- the other would say..."Girl -- you know ur fat butt does not need that!! Put it down." .....Well my friend moved away and I took my 3 y/o daughter shopping. I was examining something when I heard my daughter yell "Girl ur fat butt does not need that!! Put it down." I laughed thinking she was talking to me but as I turned I saw a very, very large woman throwing a bag of cookies back on the shelf as she hurried the other direction. I was mortified.
My male friends seem to like to drunk dial those words to me on late nights.....but for some reason they are also the quickest forgotten ones the next morning.
Hmmm Im going to be the oddball and say that if she doesn't know you well enough to tell her than maybe you should wait. Just let her get to know you slowly and the words will come naturally from both sides. She will know how you feel just in the way you give her your attention and make her feel special. Sometimes it is in the actions and not the words.
Thanks KS....I think we are both on the same lines of thinking. I was divorced and remarried by the time I was 25 and had already lived a lifetime. I think he is great for me....but I might not be so great for him.
I have dated from one extreme to the other and find it really just depends on the man and how we interact togethor. I know "age is just a number" is cliche but I guess it is true. The most immature self-centered man I have ever dated was weill into his 40s.
Oh man I know he is gonna say something about THIS. ... He is 25 and I will be 31 next month. I know that doesnt sound so bad in numbers but I am worried about the baggage....I think I probably have a lot more than he needs to worry about. But I guess he is a grown man and knows what he;s getting nito. I HOPE.
I met a great guy online. He is funny, cute, and I always look forward to his calls. Two things are on my mind...he lives 1000 miles away. (HUGE hurdle) but he is also much younger than I am. I have a 12 year old daughter and a lot of other baggage and I am just not sure he knows what he is getting into or if I should even bother him with it. Have any women dated younger men? How did it go?
Oh -- he just happens to be a member here and just might read my thread at some point....so ummmmmmmm "hi babe"
anybody just feel like talking?
