almost always the supermarket, and no, no list, if I forget anything, I will do without it, or go back for it, simple as that. Sometimes to the kwiksave shop, they stock mainly English foods, so go there if I want something a little different. I spend more at the vets though, on dog food and treats.

not exactly local, we are a few miles larger than Malta, its about an eight hour drive for me, many none residents of Spain are coming, you are welcome also
