I am having a bad day/few weeks one of my family is going through hell and is hurting. I am the only one that knows i can't help all i can do is listen and the pain of her hurt is killing me. I have to stay strong for her but i can't share my thoughts with any one else because its her privacy. This is when i missed someone to hug.
