Was wondering 'cos that phrase not widely knowen I think. Rough translation for others = heart (cor) of darkness/shadow(Tenebrae) There is a clan or guild or something in WOW by same name and a not widely used mass in easter called Tenebrae I believe in which candles are extingushed one by one. and and and .............so where you stumble across it or are you a latin scholar?

Go Go- Um not sure what made you think I was studying.That not the case. Just got to start spending my time more fruitfully. Currently the only spare time I have I tend to spend here and I need to spend it a litle more wisely if I whish to achieve the things I want.

Hey all, I got stuff to do for awhile (6mnths-year) So I prob wont be here much. Might check my mailbox now and again - dobt if i'll be on the forums. Have had some fun here. Thanks to those that added to that.

picnic? hmmn is that the name? There was for 6months a lovely cookie by earnest adams "honey oat and raisin" they dropped it. I was at the tasting thing when they were seeing which of about 8 to drop. Shakes head "WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY?" they kept a buch o chock chip type ones that there are a zillion of. No-one had one of these this good. Everyone who I knew that tasted it looooooooooooooved it. Was soooo moist and honey and mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmn. Sigh

The best way to stop smoking is to stop smoking.



But seriously something that will help is amking a concious effort to smole or not. You smoke because your body wants you to or because "it's time to have a snoke" not usualy because YOU want to. Start realy mulling over if YOU realy want one just now. Do things like sayto yur body "nope, you gonna have to wait. THink I'll have one ha;f an hour from now." you can even decide on each puff. A month of that and you'll be a little more in charge of the habbit and be able to stop slightly easier.

When you do decide to stop. Spend the same amount you would on vitamins especialy the B group. Take loads three times a day. And at your usual smoke times go for a walk instead. DONT DRINK! or if you do limit it to 2 drinks. Everytime it gets hard go for a walk.

This'll take your mind off it cos yuo have to look around. When walking get interested in your surroundings.

Once you stop you must decide you're a non-smoker. Don't even do a puff again one puff you'l be back on in under a month.

Good luck! You look young enough that'll It worth the effort. Every time you try it get harder. Also reward yourself spend the $130 on something you want. New clothes pc game, what ever.

hmmmmmm oh. Well that doesn't work for me I've noproblem talking or meeting anyone. Guess I'm a little too incautious but I'd rather be hurt/dissapointed even lied to than miss out on chatting to someone fun.

Well you could do what i do and try the underwear on first and then they too scared to talk to you or laughing too hard... Nah forget it. Don't let em bother you. You're gust letting your fear show. Act like you own the place. If you still concerned when you go in walk up to the counter say you're shoppingfor your daughter etc they'll bend over backward to help.
