Like some of the others I don't expect anything, for me, to expect something is the feeling that you are "owed something", aside from respect I don't believe anyone owes me anything.
However what I would hope for:
From life: a fair deal...to get out what I put in From the world: More compassion, equality and an end to corruption (hmmm dream on!) From family: support (and a little less interference and criticism) From friends: apart from their fabulous company, to be there when needed. From my partner: fidelity, honesty and to be loved 100% for being me. From myself: to make the most of what life throws at me, after all you only live once.
