Sorry but i am starting to get angry when meat eaters, vegetarians or whatever they are do pretend that a well balanced vegan diet would be unhealthy, sorry people i am a vegan and i am wellinformed, so stop saying stupidities here,thanks

animal proteins are not necessary for human kind to stay healthy, it is just the milk and meat industry who is claiming that and they are trying to proove that with studies financed and co-financed by themselves. The first human beings didnt have weapons to hunt animals and i dont think that they milked cows already at that time. And our ancestors needed to eat SOME ( not mass of) meat or milk because at that time there didnt exist supermarket where they could buy all kind of vegetable,fruits,nuts from all over the world.

well that head of lettuce wasnt suffering and wasnt crying because vegetable compared to animals dont have a central nervous system.And i need to survive too but you dont need meat to survive or to stay healthy.

really funny, just one question would you eat meat if you had to slaughter the animals yourself? You even didnt understand what i meant, i meant that people are even not aware that they are buying animals that got harmed,exploited and killed.Is that so funny?

Oceans are already overfished, animals get harmed in factory farmings, Cows suffering a lot when the human kind takes em away their calf ( because they need to eat it, just wondering why) and humans are stealing them their milk, chicken are suffering a lot in their small laying battery, they have to lay so many eggs so that they will be exhausted after just a couple of years. They cannot live with their chicks, the male chicks get gassed or get shredded.
I hope you understand now why i decided to become a vegan and i hope you stop to make fun of me.Thanks

well smoky lot of diseases are due to smoking, i mean smoking increases the risk to get a deadly disease. I mean you do increase the risk too if you are running too fast with your car. It's up to you to decide if you want to live longer.
And i respect other one's opinions but i dont like they are telling things which are completely wrong

Well then dont pretend stupidities like he got sick due to his diet.Sorry but a well balanced vegan diet is healthier than an omnivore diet.There exists no connection between a vegan diet and leukaemia. I know some people affected by this kind of diet and they are not vegans!!!
