With a healthy lifestyle you will drastically reduce the risk to get a serious illness, you will always feel in a good shape and you increase the chance to live longer and to stay healthy till you will die.For example someone who isnt smoking will drastically reduce the risk to get affected by lung cancer ( a very painfull disease) and other ( a lot of) diseases in connection with smoking.
By the way i take from Mother Earth that is true but i prefer not to harm or to kill other living creatures on earth
so a fish is not an animal? You prefer to go fishing because a fish cant scream and cry like an animal?
