I am reasonlly healthy and live a decent lifestyle of exercise, activities, and semi-healthy food. However I am not crazy in overdoing it. I believe I will live life as I see fit and not worry about being the perfect person.

I am living a healthy lifestyle now, being careful of what I eat, working out, not drinking or smoking any more, and practicing yoga and meditation. I'm studying to be a Doctor of Naturopathy, and am making sure that the second half of my life is a healthy one at least. I wouldn't say I'm very fit yet, but I'm in better shape than I was a couple of years ago, and I keep working on it.

With a healthy lifestyle you will drastically reduce the risk to get a serious illness, you will always feel in a good shape and you increase the chance to live longer and to stay healthy till you will die.For example someone who isnt smoking will drastically reduce the risk to get affected by lung cancer ( a very painfull disease) and other ( a lot of) diseases in connection with smoking.------ This poll is Archived ------

I live in a village(Country side)healthy atmospher,No pollution ,lush green area so it gives me a good health,i am a Grower by profession so i walk OR scout my crops twice every day it is a good excercise for me ------ This poll is Archived ------
