I dont want to offend all the people of the U.S. but when i was in Florida lot of people there were unfriendly and lot of them had no manners. And in Florida there are not a lot of pretty landscapes and really no culture there at all.
Yes bobby7 , i was in the states last year, i saw an us war veteran in a wheelchair begging for money. That was so hard for me to see, i gave him a few bucks :(
I live in Luxembourg not Luxumburg and what has that to do with the germans??? We have a strong security systems which enables people living here to see a doctor to get operated if necessary even if they are very poor!!
I agree with you antcus but you must also understand that most smokers started to smoke when they were really young ( so perhaps not aware about all the health risks )and that they have problems to quit smoking after years of smoking.
Well my country and your country are really small countries and we have no other possibility than belonging to the european union ( european institutions, european banks, etc )and one big advantage i must admit of the european construction is the maintaining of peace in europe!!! but like i said before there are a lot of things to improve to ensure more democracy inside of the european union.
Antcus i have never pretended that i am opposed to an european union and to a common currency but i am against an european zone being reigned by a strong powerful lobby. You are right to say that Eu citizens have less problems now to find a job outside of their countries, that we have to cope with less burocracy at the borders and that internal borders of the european union have been abolished to enable free movements of goods and capital. But there are more disadvantages for the normal EU citizens than advantages! The ones who really benefit from the construction of an european zone are the shareholders. We have to deal with a permanent increasing percentage of unemployment, you hear on tv the whole time that thousands of people have lost their jobs inside of the european union.I have noticed a permanent increasing of prices on goods and aliments since a couple of years, wages have stagnated since a couple of years.A strong lobby at brussels puts the european politicians under a permanent pressure to enable companies to maximize their profits. I tell you they try to abolish the pillars of european worker's rights.Another problem is that the government of each country in the european union is going to reduce taxes on companies, u know what this means, well that the citizens have to pay more taxes! You understand now why i am talking about an economic union!!!
RE: World travel ideas?
well there are much more things to see in Paris than in Florida
