Don't eat late and let the food digest an hour before walking, otherwise the extra blood needed for digestion will go to oxygenate your legs so they don't get tired walking, and your food won't digest and break down as well for absorption.
I've went through depression too and as bad as it was, it is nothing compared to weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth in an eternal hell. I have a stage 4 cancer now that will eventually take my life. I better KNOW where I'm going. I don't want to leave that to chance.

Well nokundi, it's kind of like if there is a rule to follow at a job and you decide to go your own way and do everything against that rule. You wouldn't be there very long. It was your choice to do that, but it was the wrong choice. God says the only way into heaven is through his son and that ALL other ways are wrong. Once again, it is your choice.

14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

I gave you a direct answer to your question. Sin creates separation from God. If you don't receive the atonement of sins through Christ which has already been made for you, then you will end up eternally separated from God. Your choice
At the moment Christ took on the sins of the world he became momentarily separated from God. God is Holy and righteous and sin creates separation from God.
