But the bottom line is they believe in faith + works which is not biblical or Christian. No one can ever earn their way to Heaven. This is impossible due to sin. It is prideful to think so and demeaning to Christ which paid the full price for your pardon.
Purgatory is a prime example of a man made idea representing ones ability to enter Heaven or be in limbo for awhile. It is not biblical.
Luciferians, Satanist, Buddhist, Wiccans, etc. are all religions that certainly don't believe that about Christ. Even other so called Christ religions like Catholicism don't believe in salvation by faith alone but also by their own works.
I do. I have a hard time putting into words sometimes what I want to say. I just wanted to clarify what you were saying and you gave a good explanation.
I'm of the few that consider true Christianity as a "relationship" with Christ. I'm not a Christian because I'm some great saint or do "good works" but because of my faith and acceptance of the one who did satisfy the law and commandments of God. I agree with you somewhat to the point that many call themselves Christians for the wrong reasons.
What's for dinner?
Doing pretty good so far, thanks for asking
