Heres how I do it. First I take a teaspoon and penetrate the skin.
Then I use the teaspoon and peel the soft velvety outer layer leaving a nice ball of pure energizing satisfaction fruit.

Nothing phenomable but I ran a 8 k in 29 m29 second then went to the provincials (8k) run and the guy in 1rst plac2 was almost 10 mins ahead of second place finisher!

Cool story
One time when I was inexperience in jacking railcars ect. I was put in the situation of temporary relocation to Noranda Quebec Canada to change a wheel set on a loaded acid railcar in the winter(snow) outdoors and being led by a one man point Carman.
He made enough mistakes the car was tipping soon after we got the wheelset out. I managed to throw the trucks(wheelset)back under the car in time to catch enough of the frame that it absorbed possible disaster.
