RE: The Beatles

I was 9 when Beatles made 1st tv appearance in US on Ed Sullivan.So I followed them,saw 1 of their movies,at 15 I noticed they changed their style.At that time I think they were the greatest to most of us,teens.They started a revolution lon hair,well then it was considered long in1964,they were icons.However as time went on,younger people found bands they enjoyed more or thought were better.Pink Floyd,Led Zepplin and last band I know teens went for was when my son was 16,Def Leopard,Ozzie Osbourne,?.Today I am sure there are groups coming out tha teens will say in years to come,they are or were the best.Any dead heads out there?

When I have several at 1 time interested,I kep a note pad,put things about them by their names.Sort of like djc said.The serious 1's you'll get to know by heart.Choose the 1 or 3 that you find the most interest in and put others on back burner for now,or you'll burn yourself out.

I am so sorry for your loss.I have lost 3 freinds all younger people.This type is such a shock on the system and you are probably still somehat numb.That's natural dear.It's unfortunate that at these times people feel as you stated.When things are going fine,they forget and take things for granted.I have in my own life and seen in others so much greif or crisis,I say daily I am lessed,cause it could always be worse.My prayers for you Erika and her family and those close to be able to get rest and go throught the greiving process okayNo words change anything right now,but you know all who read this care.Stay stong,and maybe your post will affect someone and they will do or say something that they havn't thought about until now.We only have each minute to live,never knowing.Head up girl,mourn as you need and get back to life. so sad to read.But you are doing others a favor by your post.

I am a Christian.I got saved at age 20 when I joine a Baptist church.I left the church after a disagreement with the doctrine.Now Iattend a few churches but not a member of 1 now,since I have yet to find 1 that I can completly agree with.There are religous Christians and eligous people who arn't Christians and Christians who arn't religous.Right now I fit no. 3.I beleive in God,beleiveJesus died for my sins,bekeive there will be a rapture and I will go to heaven.I read the bible,I pray often.I have turned over what I can't handle or am unsure about to God.He usually gives me answers.I know of 3 miricales afecting people I know and I have had at leat 1 biggie in my life.Doctors even said that God had interveened.There is a diffrence between God and religion.Even Satans church is a religion,they cal it that(the followers).So There is a diffrence.A Christian who follows Gods teachings does not judge another or put another down for not beleiving.Sure I'd like people to know the peaceyou can feel and want to see all possible go to heaven.I will reach out toanyone who is looking,but not argue or put down non-Christians.Jesus didn't.
