Perhaps it's a matter of choice -to be happy and free or to try to achieve those as states of mind.
Perhaps it's about searching for understanding and connection with your body/mind.Trough this understanding you can gain a sense of peace/wellbeing/-another state of mind!
Perhaps it's a matter to be...ALIVE,to live in such a prosperious time of technological development.Whenever I think about the chances of being here right now/nowadays/-that makes me feel at Piece with Universe.
I would say that to be happy,free and to be able to accept challenges in life and to have a strenght/&will/ to overcome them> then you will be in touch with your true self-you will be the right person on the right place/generally speaking- 'your place in the Universe'./

A-ha -the secret my old cat has no wrinkles has just been revealed,as I regularly grow ' Cat-Grass' special seeds ,containing many vitamins,minerals and chlorophyll
Talking seriously I heard about the issue many,many times ,but I have never tried to grow sprouts for myself- so Sunflower seeds are preferable -Ok-thank you Smoky for sharing it
