hi....I can see where your coming from.just say for instance that person was ..H.I.V...positive...why should I jepodize my family health....though a act of kindness......guts/glory....??????????.
not knowing how to apply...c.r.p.....(ways/method)....I may feel reluctant...to do mouth to mouth.....with my own family in mind....just in case they were contagious....??????....but to do what I could to save that person.
There is such a thing as sovereignty, however, when a group within a country is committing crimes against humanity and acts of genocide against fellow countrymen and women, such as what happened in Rwanda, then united intervention should be considered. Problem arises when intervention is undertaken for other less altruistic motives, such as gaining control of oil production, political power or even to gain votes in your own country........true D......but with all the good intentions in the world....with the arab world...you cut one head off . and five others grow.....depending on which group you represent....a no win situation...jmo.
