I think in the back of our minds we all care what others think but some of us don't like to make it to obvious and deny it.
I for one used to care to much about what others thought. You have to find a happy medium.
You can not give a rats what everyone thinks you have to draw the line.
If it is a stranger someone who does not know you from a hole in the ground i couldn't care what so ever what that person might think of me.
But if it is someone i know and like then their opinion is important to me and if i can i will apply the advice i get from them.
So do i care what others think?
Yes and No. It's sort of a 50/50 split. Find your happy medium and you are ok.
Cause you just can't please everyone. Its humanly impossible!

It is more evil then the devil cause it can make people do things they would normally not do if they had enough of it.
Poor people may have some of it but not enough.
Rich people have it but need more its like an addiction.
Well and if you eat a bunch of coins you will get plugged up or die of metal poisoning.

No no no they are written in baby language and only a baby could translate them the only problem is the baby speaks only baby and so you have to get instructions for that as well and you need a translator so you are back at square one and have gained nothing.

Kind 'a sort 'a like raising a child. You are always back at square one ready to pull your hair out and run around like a chicken with it's head cut off but you know the best way to fix the problem of missing and unreadable instructions??

Hey all!!
Well here is the update! After waiting and finally giving him a time limit to finish his "thinking process" I got an answer!
His words were: "I thought a lot about everything and looked at it from every angle. I do like you very much, and we do have a lot of things in common and i really don't want to lose you. So i guess you are just going to have to be my girlfriend."


Thought i'll let you guys know. Now i hope it all works out in the long run.

I honestly have to agree with most of what has been said.

Especially the definition of fat and chubby i agree 100%

I weighed once 190 pounds and at 5'10" that was pretty good. I looked good and felt good but then i had kids and the pounds added on.
After my second son was born, now don't fall over i weighed 298 pounds.
Honestly i have never in my life felt so disgusting and grouse and just yuck.
I hate being big and people made comments and some were rude. I have had weight issues all my life but this was my all time low!
My husband even told me that the reason he cheated on me or one of the reasons was my weight. Well thats a boost for the ego isn't it?
But i am on the way to a better life.
In the last year and a half i have lost 60 pounds and most of that i have lost in the last 7 months. 40 pounds!
I feel better and have another 35 to go.
But that goes to show though that not all of us who are overweight are happy with the way they look and try anything to get rid of the weight but it is hard. Very hard. Some will never lose it and it is not by their doing.
Some overweight issues are due to health problems and those people should never be judged. It is not their fault.
Women who had baby's and fight with the weight, girls i feel your pain cause i have been there, but again those people should not be judged.
The people who constantly stuff Mc Donalds and other fast food sh@#t in their faces and are honest to god pigs those should be judged because it is not just that they are fat but they give us the people who don't want to be big and work to get rid of the weight a bad name!
I did go to the gym to lose weight but it didn't do nothing for me! I tried diets nothing happened. Lost a pound here and there but nothing worked for long.
Then i left Edmonton came back here and started helping and working on my parents farm. Before you know it the 40 pounds were gone.
So if someone says to you, you should diet or go to the gym, it might not be the right thing for you!
Every one is unique and everyone has to find the right thing to lose weight.
As for what the guys are concerned, well there are many who love fuller women and they are happy with someone who has a few pounds to many. But guys who go flat out and say you have to much weight and you are fat and so on i think they should get to know that person first because you are judging the book by its cover.
Who knows that rounder woman could be your soulmate and the sweetest kindest person you will ever meet!
I think that would be worth thinking about!

Oh and someone said that the ex always turned down the heat! lol Well i am still a bit overweight and i can tell you this. My thermostat was set to 19 degrees all winter. At night i went to bed with long johns PJ'S 2 pair of socks and a pullover plus two thick blankets! Cause i freeze like there is no tomorrow. Not all women are the same.
A lot of us are big yes but we are beautiful too. You just have to take the time to get to know us.

Yes i have had that happen! There is nothing much you can do. Just leave him be he will either come around and talk to you or not. Since there are no feelings on your side towards this man it won't hurt you if he does or doesn't come around.
He will find someone else and move on. Most guys in a situation like that will not talk to you because they think they are wasting their time.
No offense to all of our male members here but it happens more then not.
So just keep looking girl and move on. Don't worry about it.

No no no it is nothing serious like that. We went out to my sisters place for an hour cause i had to drop something off for her and we got to joking around.
My sister has a little baby girl almost 2 years old. I said oh she is so cute i just want to take her home. My sister replied no you go and make your own. I said no thank you i have enough don't want anymore.
Well he heard all this and got to thinkin, since in his future he always saw himself with his own child.
That is for him a big thing and he figured that he would ask me how i seriously thought about having more kids.
I told him no. I really don't want any more kids. I am glad that he told me this right at the beginning before it could come up later on down the road and we both would seriously get hurt.
Because lets face it if we do get into a relationship and we are 2 or 3 years from now there will be big feelings involved and it will hurt when he then has to decide if he wants me or the dream of children.
So i gave him the time to think about it.
He is very honest and i appreciate that very much so. And i am glad that i know his point of view about the whole children deal.
Cause it is easy to end it now before it started and we both don't get hurt instead of a few years down the road.
It does not mean that we were planning anything in that direction it was just a subject that came up.
So no worries.

Hey guys!
Well the date went great we hit it off and he is really as sweet as he claimed to be.
Not a bad kisser either but i got to teach him a thing or two lol No just kidding.
It went great!
But this morning he messaged me in yahoo and said that we needed to talk about a few things.
One of them being that i don't want any more kids. Well yes that is true i don't want any more! I can't do it health wise and i really don't want any more.
I made that clear to him but he has his heart set on children of his own. Now he is torn between me and the idea of kids. He doesn't know what he is supposed to do.
I told him that he needs to make his own decision i can't make it for him and i'll be damned if i am going to stop him from fulfilling his dream.
I would rather let him go to find someone who can give him what he is looking for then to force him to want what i want.
Thats just not me.
So i guess it wasn't meant to be because if he has just one grain of doubt that he can't live without kids of his own then we are not going to work because in the longrun he will be miserable.
We will see what he decides and go from there. If its meant to be its meant to be, if not then i guess life goes on....
No matter which way he choses i will be fine! I always am!

OMG how could i ever forget you guys? No way! I wish you all would live closer so that i could meet you because i think you all are the most wonderful people i have ever met.
In the short time that i know you guys you have laughed with me and helped me on a crappy day. Some of you took the time to write me an e mail and it meant a lot to me honest!!
So i could never forget you guys.
I hope that things go well tomorrow and if it does or doesn't you all will know about it.

Ok as most of you know i went on a date on friday but it wasn't the man for me.
Well after i got home i started surfing in one of the websites that i am in and stumbled across a guy with no picture but he had the same interest and same likes and dislikes.
Well at first i wasn't going to write him i figured he is on 6 peoples favorite lists so he aint going to waste his time with me.
But i did write him and OH MY GOD!
If he is for real and he is the just the way he sounds and means what he says then, Ladies, i have hit the jackpot!!!!!!
He is sweet caring down to earth attentive says how he feels about you and so on.
He calls just to say hello and sends me good morning messages. I know this will sound so cliche but i feel like i have known this guy for years and not just a couple of days. It is such a strange feeling and it sounds crazy but it really feels like it.
He send me a picture of him self and he looks nice too. I mean last night we spent 4 hours on the phone and talked till 3:30 am.
We never had an empty moment in the conversation. There was always something to talk about and omg he is so sweet.
I am meeting him tomorrow and if he is just the way i think he is then he is not going home! Ever!
I am walking around with a smile on my face singing and dancing the sky is suddenly bluer and there is definitely a SPARK!!!!!!!!!

Do you guys want to laugh? Now that i have met this guy i get messages left right and center. Even here on CS! I can not believe it.
I guess this guy must be my good luck charm or he kicked the ball and now its rolling.
And that especially now when i am hardly home lol. Well you can't have your cake and eat it to. So now i sit here answer messages my eyes are held open by toothpicks and my head is about to hit the keyboard.

What the gentleman is concerned (the one that i met) well you know what. It was a great night we had good conversation enjoyed each others company. I got to go out and have a few hours without kids. So i'll take that and run.
But honestly i have been through so much stuff in the last year that i am not just going to settle for some guy. I want the spark i want the faster pulse or rapid heartbeat. I want the butterflies and the jitters and everything that comes with a new relationship. And i am not going to stop looking until i find it!

Hey guys! Explain Sparks hmmmmm? Ok for one there were no butterflies in the tummy there was no bounce of the heart. There was no wanting to kiss him. I don't know how to explain that really well how do you explain a feeling you get when you meet someone that will give you all those things.
You look at that person and your heart beats a bit faster your pulse speeds up your gut feels like a swarm of butterflies took over and your thinking "god damnit shut up and kiss me already before i'll ravish you right here!"
I don't know if you understand what i mean but thats how it is for me.
On the other hand yes i had fun we had a great talk and he is very sweet. And as lefty said you do start out as friends maybe the spark will come later.
I also believe that you have to be friends first before anything else will happen.
So it was a great night out if nothing else.

Hey all!
As by request of some people i am reporting back from my date! It went well and we had a great chat.
We went for dinner at a local place here in town where i live and had coffee and talked a lot.
He is a very sweet guy and surely likes to talk!
You are probably sensing a "but" coming, and yes there is a "but". There is no spark!
And spark is very much important well to me anyhow. So if for nothing at all i may have made a new friend. But i think thats as far as it's going to go.
But you never know things could change who knows. I will leave it open and see what happens. Maybe the spark will come maybe it wont but at least i gave it a try. If you don't try you don't stand a chance to win!

So today is the day! I am going to meet the guy i have been talking to for two weeks now, well almost 2 weeks.
Man i have the jitters in the worse way!
We get along so great chatting away and we really have the same kind of filthy dirty right below the gutter in the suer system already flushed sense of humor. We like and dislike most of the same stuff and can talk pretty much about anything.
But now comes the big step and that is what i am afraid of! All these questions are racing through my head. Is he going to like me for who i am (looks wise) is there going to be a spark? Do i waste my time? Is he going to be just like the other guy i met and never heard of again and so on.
Ahhhh i am driving my self crazy here!
I want this to be great and fear that its only going to be another bust! Whats a girl to do?
