Interesting Thread ,women who dont like kids or want them you have to ask yourself are these the smart women in our present day society ? Personally speaking I know a few women who dont have kids some by choice others on medical grounds their still female and I wouldnt think any less of them cos their childless. The majority i know opted to have a career instead but later on in life they have regretted it as their left with the house the money the job, but are very lonely now as no one to share it with. No matter what argument you put up every woman has a maternal instinct its in their nature and a biological clock and its hard to disguise that in any form. Personally speaking as a dad my kids are my kids we have good days and some not so good, but wouldnt be without them for all the money in the world
Have to disagree with you about employers looking for the right person for the job ,you cant ascertain from a short interview ones caliber .Most companies dont even bother to read your cv or résumé they have filtering policies but wont admit this . Some interviewers sit there and read your cv probably first time ever which can be very condescending towards you, and ask you the most silly questions sometimes .Its very hard today with the present work climate and a lot of companies are inundated with appliciants.Very common practice still going on today in most Irish companies its not what you know but who you know
cant understand these boys have 2 or 3 pints and go home usually heineken for me in quiet large quanties and for dessert like the oul vodka n red bull mmm yum yum
