Consider a new born baby. It is helpless!

In the beginning God formed a body from the dust of the earth. Blew into him the breath of life and he became a living being. Helpless?

God walked and talked with man and imparted wisdom.

In the same way a mother and father walk and talk with their newborn child. However what wisdom does man have?

Did man listen to God and retain the wisdom that was given in the beginning or did they deliberately forget and teach the wisdom of the world which is coming to nothing to their newborn child?

Religion God accepts is this: To look after the fatherless. The widow. Those in distress. The helpless. To keep your tongue from cursing. From foul language. From coarse joking. To keep yourself from being polluted by the world and having the innocence of a newborn child offer your body as living sacrifices holy and pleasing to God.

But man perverted his ways. His wisdom became foolishness and death. The intents of his heart became evil all the time and he filled the earth with violence and bloodshed. Some did this in the name of their religion thinking they serve God.

But what religion did God have in the beginning? He provided for those in need. He blessed them. He helped them. He protected them. What law is there against love?

What will you teach your children? What wisdom will you impart?

The religious mind is hostile toward God and men seeking to establish a righteousness of its own and oppressing those it comes in contact with. But if you are able to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable then you take a step in the right direction.

Finally if you consider yourself religious then this is the acceptable religion: self denial. self sacrifice.

Everything is permissable for me but not everything is beneficial. Everything is permissable for me but not everything is constructive.

The righteous will do what is right.

So there is no place we can go to worship God.

Animals are creatures of instinct and very few species of them will save their pup giving their own life. In fact many species of animal will eat its own young to save itself. So love has nothing to do with instinct. Love comes from the Spirit.

In regard to loving your enemy.

Why would someone die to keep an enemy alive? By human standards it makes no sense!!!

However God created man and saw and said, it is good. So what happened?

An enemy came and deceived man!!! In the process man turned away from God. Now though in our minds and behaviours we are opposed to God following our lusts God is reconciling the world to himself from the enemy that brought the deception sin and death.

Everything God made is good!!! Be reconciled to God who loved you and gave his life for you as a father would save his child.

Remember when you rebelled? God is faithful to forgive without finding fault to anyone who would confess.

God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.

Lol. Yes. Whoever...and God are two different beings. Just as the body without the spirit is dead. The body and the spirit though one are two persons in conflict....how many times have you known you should or should not do something but did or did not do it?

The mind of the flesh is contrary to the mind of the spirit but if the Spirit of God dwells in you the flesh does not control the things you do the spirit does.

So we trust love. Love always trusts. Its not self seeking.

Yes we can know and understand God by looking at ourselves...namely Jesus=God in the flesh and know the spirit he has given us and the Fathers love for his wife and his children.

We know that love is Selflessness. Not merely saying, "I love you, be well." But rather an action of self sacrifice supplying the needs of another.

Y'all watch movies and with today's pc graphics capabilities you wonder if the locations you're viewing are actually real. Watching movies and television for most of us is surreal. Its not real.

Being well travelled across all of North America occasionally viewing a program I can say, been there! That's what it's like.

One place close to home and a program probably few of you remember is Gibson, B.C. where Beach Combers was filmed. Years after the series ended I had opportunity to pass through the town and sure enough just up the hill from the docks was Molly's Reach and down at the docks was Relics black boat.

Likely the boat is gone now. Sold off maybe but Gibson is still there. Lol.

God is love. God is spirit. The fruit of the spirit is love peace joy gentleness patience goodness faithfulness and self control. You all are here looking for this without knowing what you're looking for. Soulmates?

Love is selfless without any doubt or confusion and these traits accompany love.

Someone else thought because they wanted to be needed their selfishness was love and someone ought love them because they wanted it.

Alas there are those who give and those who take. Selfless love always freely gives expecting no reward or repayment. Oh and it requires no words because....
