I see rain once or twice a year here, but this year was different, cloud seeding actually got us about six good showers ---all it did was get the dust out of the air and sweep the garbage off the streets.
figet ---- think about it over and over, and get myself all stirred up
now -- I just close my eyes and think the most pleasant thoughts like ---I am worried about (example) my car ---I just picture the car fixed and in perfect running order ---I say it is in perfect running order and I believe it to be so --
Next thing I know I am not worried because I know things are going to be okay
Basically physical material just moves from one place to another. Buried ruins just prove that there was erosion ..and the stuff that covered the ruins came from a mountain somewhere that lost a quarter of an inch.
A study was done and it was concluded that the earth does collect cosmic dust just over a millimeter every year or so. That includes all the buring up of the meteorites etc. On the other hand, look at all the stuff we have sent into space. Lately we have probably been losing more than we have been collecting. I should have a very long white beard if I stay around until the earth is so big that its gravity will crush me to atom.
Technology has vastly improved my life in many ways but my security and privacy has been limited. If you want complete freedom, then you must give up security.
Therefore, I think your hypothesis is incorrect and you can fight by allowing yourself only so much time on the net per day, or give it up altogether.
an old policy and a good policy ---keep your love life away from work --- it sure is the pits if something goes wrong with the relationship and you still have to work with the guy.
I would suggest that you tell him that on company time you are there to work and that you have a relationship going on your private time and that you would love to keep it that way.
Never have liked tattoos much --- have never seen any that I liked much ---remember seeing one that a lady had ---Her former lover's initials tattooed on top of her breast.
I think its the color of the ink that throws me ---it is less than appealing.
Having said that --both my kids have tattoos ---one has a Canadian Flag with the Caption "made in Canada" underneath it tattooed on his left shoulder and the other has the name of her husband tatooed on her ring finger where her wedding band would usually be. He did the same for her.
No many enhance the beauty of the body and I think that is what they should do.
