My connections weren't clear and punched the entry three times, hence the multiple post.

Sorry

, i

Exactly the point Obs., sorry I didn't read this.

But the point is exactly the opposite of what you just said about the saint to be a murderer or what. It is the very act of our current that will bring us to where we should be. In other words it is more of a rewards and punishment consequences.

The book opens up the possibility that in our journey to a continuous goal, stepping from one level to the next is determined only from the result of your current life. Wherein the continuity is either going down to reduction or rewarding to the next level. It fosters our call for being good and morally obligated to do wrong if at all you want to reach the final destination.

Like a child when he does something good, he's given something that makes him feel inspired to do it better and better. On the other side if a child had been bad, then bam, in isolation...

Now granting that this is true, it to me, fosters us all to do good and when that happens then we achieve the world of the enlightened...

a woman leader

What is to like and not?

In a world so racially charged and so torn on religious differences, as in the beginning of time, perhaps a woman's touch is the answer?

Note: I am specifically directing this topic to my country.

But your opinions are all appreciated, in opposition or not.

many lives, many master's

No not at all, my respect. Yes, I have read it and being a Catholic Christian, the book is a very compelling and scientific in its documents.

But setting aside this: At the peak of understanding THAT IF ALL WE DO HERE NOW, HAS A REPERCUSSION OF OUR FUTURE, THEN WHY NOT BE GOOD THEN? AND I AM WONDERING WHY IT IS SO MUCH EASIER TO BE BAD THAN TO BE GOOD?

Thanks for joining. Your opinions are not measured and or equated to what is pertinent, just that we have to stay on the true message of the book...IMHO

many lives, many master's

Don't distort the message on this book, on the contrary, you have a choice on the next life, based on your actions of the present. It emphasizes that if you choose to be bad here, then you will regress in the next as the direction of being good and progress if you choose to be good here.

Please read it. It has nothing to do with IF HAPPENS TO YOU THEN IT HAPPENS ANYWAY?

many lives, many master's

It does confirm the book of Cordelia Fine's A MIND ON ITS OWN.

But with the popular notion that ego is your mind and why not, to some people in the new world, we are truly acting based on the validity of what ego can lead us to.

But as you say, who can argue?

many lives, many master's

Now that is the most valid confirmation I've read since Rene Descartes' "I THINK THEREFORE I AM".

Thanks Jono7.

many lives, many master's

All it is Jono7, I thought was to keep an open mind?

What do we have to lose?

many lives, many master's

Jono, almost all of the country colonized by great Britain has used the original names from England. Australia is no exception and the USA is a complete repetitions.

Depends on how you look at it. Barbaric way of life is definitely accounted for lack of civilized benefits but when it comes to technology and science, I'd say yes. Now on matters of religion and how some dogma or for lack of a better word, ignorance, definitely not.

many lives, many master's

That's for sure K. Kind of so boring.

many lives, many master's

I am delighted to have made you think K.

many lives, many master's

I am not giving up life, as a matter of fact, I am just warmed up, but to tell you the truth, for some people, I feel change is not an easy task. They get challenged and bam, they either retaliate or coil. No in between. But that is alright.

I wont abandon you life. I am just enjoying and let it be so.

many lives, many master's

Good luck and it is nice to have met you.

It might be and that is alright, after all understanding and awareness don't always have the same impact to everyone. In fact the more we say, the more it is misunderstood.

But nice to have known you albeit for a very short while.

many lives, many master's

Good for you K and I am blessed to be around people like you. You are a living example of what compassion is all about. What love is beyond the physicality of the sense.

In his book, Dr. Weiss wants those who believe to use this connection to better ourselves. To achieve wisdom, to be an instrument of what is good. That is all. How can we go wrong with that?

K I am sorry to disappoint you but UN reports today, there are about 1 billion of them people being hungry, one fourth of the third world are illiterate, even as simple exercise of human rights is very well deprived to the majority of the world. Now whose fault is that? Is there justice in being poor?

I was born in a very crippling poverty stricken country, would you have the capacity to look at them in your heart and say, it is their fault? Of course not. Speaking about entitlement, there are those that can't have enough while the starving many puts them exactly where they are.

Or have you forgotten the unstoppable flow of THE RICH GETTING RICHER AND THE POOR GETTING POORER?

I am afraid economics as simple as feeding one's stomach stand as our economics in our world in the West, where today I am going to drive a Ferrari and tomorrow I will have my Bentley?

Now are we considered lucky? Of course we are, how can we justify these injustice and atrocious caprisciousness of the world? I don't know.

many lives, many master's

On the contrary, everyone has said their peace except you. I am not asking to even give credit to what I believe in, It isn't important, what I am creating is the radical exposure of what is out there by a very renowned Doctor, documented by evidenced that is not quite easy to understand.

Now if you think I am imposing what I believe, that is your problem. I am not forcing you to even be here. Agree or disagree is all there is in here. Other than that, your reason is all to yourself.

many lives, many master's

That is what we call respect K. In a world where the Jones's set the precedence of what "I want syndrome", the measure of one's objective in life is defined by who has what and more..

We must go beyond that, how? Awareness for the good that we can all share to the world and to mankind.

many lives, many master's

I meant to say, do I use my gift to make others feel bad? Of course not, if it were me, I would give everything that I have, share everything that was given to me, yet the protocol on doing so is not quite understood even by me.

many lives, many master's

Probably not K, or better yet perhaps they don't care and don't see the need to. Their definitions of their life is as it is right now.

Granting without being prejudice that Dr. Weiss is true, what do we have to lose, if and when the result is for the betterment of ourselves and our world?

Do you even wonder why you are whio you are and I am who I am?

I never asked to be smart and or beautiful, I never ask to have more loving parents than most, but I do and have, now do I use that as a means to appreciate what others have and haven't? No. Of course not. I am thankful and in the absence of a scientific response to my questions give me the deepest sense of appreciation to be thankful to whoever made me who I am. I am only appreciating what is given to me and by law of universal ethics, I must share it with those that have the capacity to accept. But this world is of bias and prejudices, more so in our divided cultural values and mores, our inherent to be better than others at their own expense. It shouldn't be. We should be aware that what makes me better than others is not because they choose to be bad, to be poor, to be impoverish, we must recognize that everything that is gifted to us should and must be shared. IMHO. Then again I can be wrong. I am thankful though, that is all I can do.

many lives, many master's

You couldn't have said it better, but the question is, can we walk the talk? I don't know sometimes, we have all these big ideas and big assumptions yet we are but hollow in the inside.

In a religiously charged world, and racially divided nations, we just might approach unity in light of an open mind. Which means, talk and listen and try to understand. I am guilty of this sometimes, but for the most part, it is because I am too eager to share the meat of my understanding. However, in a world full of destruction more than peace and unity, no matter how good our notion and plan is, it always is misunderstood.

many lives, many master's

There you go, isn't it amazing to be in the know? The world, while most of the developed 20 percent all originated from the influence and power of mother country ENGLAND, we have evolved, IMHO, to be more effective in aggrandizing our independent political, social and economic power which of course define the helm of superiority in defense. HE WHO POSSESSES THE BEST TOYS, CONTROL THE GAME, isn't it?

many lives, many master's

I was in response to Jono who is taking the ferry which got her phone tangled up.

But of course Pedal there is Surrey in England, and while you're at it, why do you think we have all the names NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, NEW ENGLAND, NEW HAMPSHIRE, etc. They're all from England. Brought here in the NEW WORLD of which our new and radical separation was molded away from the conservative and elitist thinking of UNITED KINGDOM.

We are a product of the rebellious mind of our founders, the establishment of the CONSTITUTION is the most powerful result of that rebellion. The abolition of KINGLY RULE, and up the birth of the new and advanced liberal, yet democratic principle. I believe we have become both the protectors of the underdogs as well as the enemies of the old. Yet as strong as beyond anybody's dream. As a country and as a nation.

I am proud to be a part of that legacy. Where freedom is the innate and inherent right of every human being,. The ability to choose whatever that you want to do with respect to the established law.

Being well read is a sign of progression Life. I can't have enough to read. Well for the most part I taught History and Political Science and so the philosophers of the ancient world are mostly from the Greeks, from Plato, to Socrates to Aristotle. And Dante's Inferno is one exciting venture. But Rene Descartes, Thomas Aquinas, Utupia, and many others would definitely give you an insight of what a magnificent world we haave. What an adventure we can all share and enjoy, if only we are not beset with greed and materialism. In short the calling of which that satisfy our loins is far more effective than the progression of our minds.

We can all get there, but first there is got to be a unifying force that make us all stand in one principle, one ideal, one belief and one understanding that benefits all mankind.

Question is? Can we do it? Of course we can, but voluntary acceptance is the key. DO UNTO OTHERS WHAT YOU WANT OTHERS DO UNTO YOU.

Can we all apply and respect that? You bet. Who doesn't?

Go ahead be my guest.

Actually We took the ferry from Vancouver to some little town just for the fun. I am not sure anymore of the name of the town but we went to have a dinner and we could either drive or take the ferry and we opted for the latter.

many lives, many master's

I hope you will get off the ferry soon. I used to visit my relatives in Surrey and we always used to take the ferry. What an interesting journey sometimes.

Sorry Life, I miss this.

Determinism is not a factor that connects us to our past if our intention is for the improvement of the future. Rather it is a tool ingrained in our hopes that yes, if indeed we, as Dr. Brian Weiss said: The only reason there is no cognitive connection of who we were then as to who and what we have become now, is not because of the non existence of the connection, rather our failure to comprehend and put it together due to our lack of sufficient mind function. In other words, we have not achieved that level that which will lead us to that determined path.

But you can use it both ways. First you have to admit that there is such a life. Second you have to strive on doing only what is good. How would you know? Common sense and universal law. Ten commandments would be a good guide. Desiderata would be a direct menas in putting ourselves and recognize our limitations and strength.

Improvement is the utmost goal that is crucial to the attainment of such goals.

And yes Determination and drive, discipline and hope, these should be our dispositions in completing this complex journey.

Reading and understanding with an open mind, cynicism and or skeptical attitude should and must be over ruled.

I can feel you CC. From what I gather, you are one stalwart of expressing how you feel and what you feel. A little misunderstood at times and why not. You throw in the weight of what is and are and will be, and believe me, there arfe those that just agaped their mouth like they have never been confronted before.

Be strong as you always are, and learning is the best way to get to where we want to be CC. How else can we account wisdom if not our eagerness of sharpening and honing what is naturally given to us. We are born with talent, yet it is our choice to either die with them unused or use them here while we can. For the good of all, I hope.

If we all think within this line, I am sure all in this world is settled for the benefit of mankind.

Thanks CC. My respects.

many lives, many master's

Thank you, in all honesty I am fine. I find that the closer we are to what we call end of our rope, the stronger we become to fight all the fears we have ourselves conditioned. I am pleased to meet you.
