you can't keep drugs off the streets , you can't keep drugs out of the Elementary Schools , you can't even keep drugs out of federal prisons, but you want me to disarm myself and 'trust' you can keep guns out of the hand of Criminals ?

brown the ground beef , then drop a can of sweet pea's in the pan ,and make the mashed potatoes
then in a baking dish put the potatoes in then a layer of cheese then add your ground beef and pea's then a few layers of cheese turn on oven to 350 and put it in there when the oven hits 350 your ready
i like it better then beef and peas on bottom and then potatoes then cheese cause the cheese mixes with the beef rather then getting rock hard the normal way
