Jones and the Imam are the product of fundamentalism fed to their brain since they were small kids. both of them have poor mental health .The difference is Jones was reacting out of frustration and the Imam acting out of arrogance .
This is the begining of a new world order . The fear about Muslims taking over the world is out of racial mindset.and looking down other belief systmes. There is nothing wrong when cultures amalagamate and form a new world order . It has been happening througout the human history . Colonial Europeans have invaded and destroyed many culuters , Islamist warriour have run wild in many countires .somethings were broken to make something new. The quest of conquest and resistance will continue.with the advent of technology and transportation the world will acutually become a small place, West will not be white any more , you will see a lot to shades from white to black and that is good . diversity will bring a lot of openess and understanding , people will be out of their glass casltes and face the reailits in the streets . the humanity and the small planet we share is for all , there are no demarked areas , see human being in every person .you are your own boss , none can change your values and belief sytems if you dont want to change that . There is good and bad in everything . so lets not have these misplaced fears.
I really dont know from where people pick these figures of dead and jailed. Its impossible to collate these data by any news agencies . I dismiss these figures as just propaganda .Even in CS we have seen propoganda going on during the election . The blame should go to people who funded this agitation from outside to execute their agenda .making them scapgoat Iran is now very peaceful and business as usual .
The Oil is the real issue . The goverment in Iraq is very weak and could be overthrown in a matter of years .The Americans have left iraq in middle of nowhere . Iran is a prominet player in the Mideast and its important that the US need a puppet goverment there
A revolution can be possible , I can say it would be a revolt propelled by the west. I travel and live sometimes in Iraq and found people are generally happy .Most of what you see in CNN and other channels are just propoganda. The unrest you saw during the election is mostly manipulated . in any case there can be demomstrations in any democratic country during and after elections,which need not be considered as people are against the goverment .The demonstrators are just a visible minority. Iran is soverign and lets respect that . Draining fuel sources cannot be a reason for invading other countires on the pretext of "freedom,liberty" crap
I appreciate the Pastor for cancelling the book burning . It shows that he is reasonable and willing to compromise .He only wanted to make a point . He did not say that cancelling the book burning will instigate the christian radicals and so on,
Now look at the Iman who want to build the mosque.He is not willing to move an inch from his idea and giving all the excuses possible to build the Mosque.
Freedom ,tolerence and brothehood should be a two way bridge , I hope the Imam takes the spirit of the Pastor and try to come down from his positon to respect the sentiments of people
I dont think the US will and has the capacity to take on Iran. Iran would have already enriched the uranium and ready with its war heads . The war will be long drawn and will see the US bankrupt . Exit from the war will be very humiliating and without achieving any objectives as it happend in Iran and going to happen in Afghanistan. an attack on Iran will have the entire muslim world united and carefully crafted shia -sunni devide will dissaper and that will be too much to handle. Unlike Iraq, Iran has a storng ecomony and a elected leadership . so there is no dictator here.sanction cannot have much effect on Iran as well . The best way is to stop bullying Iran and engage them constructivly .Iran has the soverign rights to develop nukes as a deterrent since its sourrunded by all nuclear capable countires. and a looming threat of attack from the US always . But war looks a very distant reality and US cannot afford it .
For me , My nation is more important , I care a sh# for any holy books and religons. Well I see all over mulsim countires burning flags are consider as a hobby . Flag or books , showing disrepscet should not be allowed. You cannot dislike a nation just becasue of some jerks live there , same as you expect from others ,not to hate islam because of some jerks.
Muslim nations who condemn the Quaran burning should restrain its people from burning flags of other countries , I have read in CNN that some ministers from a prominent Islamic country lashing out at this but burning other nations flag is a hobby there. People love their country as much as Muslims love their holy book . any act that shows disrespect should be condemned .
The people object brining Quran okayed a war in Iran ,Afghanistan and Iraq. They okayed drone killing which had burned many human lives and razed many religious places. I heard Hilary Clinton objecting this act yesterday in an if tar party while the US drones killed 20 villagers in Pakistan border .so all these protests are just hypocrisy . If people are serious about respect other religions then withdraw the troops from the invaded countries and respect humanity.
I am talking about an Iran where there are no suicidal bombers to kill people (pepople includs women,childern, lesbians and gays) , where there are no drones to kill people ( pepople includs women,childern, lesbians and gays).
I believe that a nuclear detternent is required in Middle east to prevent an all out war. Mid east is a perpetual conflict zone and any power inbalance will result in a war .The only way to cut down a possiblity of nuclear war is engage Iran in a constructive way instead of threatening them with sanctions.
Amadinjan is not a selfish ruler as you think . People live peaceful in Iran , far better than living in other Mulism countries like Pakistan, Afganistan and Iraq where the western world is very much involved. There are no suicide bombers killing people in marktes and schools , Iran has a stron ecomomy and very organized goverment. Art,culure ,cemema even pubs are there in Iran. All those propoganda you have seen during Iran election is aided and manipulated like the "Flottila". The less the outer world involved the more peaceful Iran would be . Sanctions wont do any good to any country . If the west want to take on Amadinjan take on him on a fair way . Sanctions are going to affect millions of ordinary citizens and many will be dead for want of life saving drugs and so on . I have presonally seen this while I was in Iraq . "The World community " killed more people ,kids and women by sanctions than Saddam would have possibly killed or a war would have possibly killed.Israel should not attack Iran on the paranoia and that attack is not justified at all .
I personally dont think Iranians will ever build or use a Nuke . Iranins simply want to use Nuke capability as a detterent which is justifyble as Israe has already possee Nukes though they deny that .The hype about Iran being a threat is an artificially created paranoia .
Gravity is proved only in the enviroment we know . in a black hole the gravity behaves in patterns we dont know yet. So the qualities of the gravity is not proved conclusivly yet. Many things we consider as absolute are not absolute . There are more diamensions to everything than we know. Infinity exist externally and internally as well . You could go through a molicule , then to atom to sub atomic particals the quarks then particle that makes quarks and soo on . there can never be an end to that.Universe is just beyound the human imagination and instrumets. We may find something today which confirm only to our senses or our abilities , but there are many thing exist just next to you but you cannot feel or understand it.Its foolish to seek the origin of the universe with respect to time , matter and space
