OMG!!!!!!! I have been lied too many times...mainly by the people I have trusted the most...Now I just plain don't trust them..Lie to me once and that's all it takes to break my trust!!!!!!!!!!
I think there are right reasons and wrong reasons for one to have a relationship...Loneliness...to complete oneself or to make one happy are all the wrong reasons and the major reasons why people settle for less than they deserve!!!!!!!! You have to find these things within yourself first otherwise you will never truly be happy!!!!!!!!
I don't think it's fair to jump into any relationship before sorting out the baggage of the last...You only bring the old wounds and mistakes into the new relationship and that's not fair to your new partner!!!!!!
I have not even dated in 6 years because I know what I want and I am not willing to settle for anything less...So I have had lots of time to sort out my excess baggage...In the meantime..I have enjoyed getting to know me and what makes me tick!!!!!!!!!!
It wouldn't bother me because I have nothing to hide...BUT I also like knowing that my partner trusts me enough NOT to have to have my passwords and read my e-mail....
UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM....I don't blame you for being confused...BUT I always have the opposite problem....Say I only want to be friends upfront...they want more........and I end up being the bad one....when I remind them I told them from the start I only ever wanted be friends!!!!!!!
So apparently the word friendship is a confusing term to a few!!!!!!!
No I won't settle...I have had too many years of bad relationships to go there again...So for me it's not worth it...I have no patience for other people's crap anymore!!!!!!!!!!!
