Sorry out of my depth a bit here...have never been involved in any grievance procedures/strikes etc and have quite honestly always taken the Police for granted and thought they were well taken care of financially etc..seems I was wrong....

The British Police have an ongoing grievance which is receiving coverage in the national news at the moment with regards to wages...surprise surprise...I believe it is illegal for the Police to strike in this country however....thank God...although Im not saying their gripe isnt justified......
