the smell of school dinners when I was in infant school...that used to make me feel sick.....usually because I wasnt used to the noise of so many children in the one place coupled with all the different smells...I was only ever sent there when my Mum had to go out at lunchtime and a neighbour couldnt have me to theirs for lunch......I used to get so nervous, couldnt eat and felt sick cos I wanted my Mum....I can still smell the cabbage and semolina... and being forced to eat it...very bad 'smelly' memory that is....I think I need counselling ...

I know your pain...I think most of us do....Im sorry theres nothing I can say or do to take it away....it just gets easier eventually.....just be kind to yourself x
