Hi Pat...Ive only been in Waxys once..actually with a boring guy from Limerick...but thats another story for another time anyway it was a few years ago but it seemed okay....I think some of us should check it out on a saturday night before we confirm just to check out the clientele lol...oh and I think they serve food until 9pm so anyone who is hungry will be able to order without having to leave deposits/order in advance etc.....

WHAT HAVE YE ALL BEEN UP TO AT THE WEEKEND???

Well folks if anyone in interested...yesterday I had afternoon tea with a friend in Glasgow...but instead of tea being poured out of the china teapot, it was some kind of strawberry vodka cocktail Great fun...they also served us with cakes, scones and jam and wee footery finger sandwiches, you know the kind that just annoy you and wouldnt fill a fly.... So still hungry we then moved on to Hummingbird and had a whopper of a burger...half a coo more like hehe...then today I went to Loch Lomond...had a walk in the sunshine and enjoyed the fresh air then lunch with my daughter....I then watched the second half of the rugby.....so close......grrrr and tonight I am babysitting my angelic wee grand daughter who is fast asleep in her pram.....tomorrow Im back at work.....sigh....so that was my weekend folks...what did you do???

Anyone remember this? My Mother bought it...she used to bring it out at her Hogmanay party every year til around 1985 lol.....went down a treat with the neighbours so it did!! Personally I hated it....
