Hello Rune. Today I went to a free health fair at my church in the morning. My blood pressure and my blood sugar levels are just a bit high. I did get a free flu shot and some chachkies like 2 nice fabric bags, 2 things to squeeze when your nervous or angry. One of them was a small beach ball and the other a red heart. Also got a sparkly key chain, 2 bottles of moisturizer and a bottle of hand sanitizer and 2 little things that held band aids. Oh, and I got a free half hour of a chair massage. Now I am on the computer.
