Good idea Annie...guess I never thought of that because I was so sure we'd be a great match and hit it off.What a horror story though..to be shot with one of your own guns.My dad was a policeman and I've been around guns for a long time.I have a carry permit but do not always carry.I am very careful but yes..it could have happened.Good thing for me she was'nt crazy enough to try and break into my little strong box. I need to think about a more secure safe I think now.Some of the new gun safes are real nice...and spendy too!Ha!

Oh yeah....I forgot to mention this.When I went to work and left this woman at my place.I locked up my handguns,like always....she says: I guess you don't trust me,do you? I think I'm glad I did now!!!!!!!!!

I like to say at least I try to make the best out of everything but...met someone here from out of state.She travels to meet me.I'm excited!I made all kinds of plans for us to have fun and go places.I'm totally looking forward to this. She get's here and did'nt want to go anywhere or do anything.I remained a gentleman and polite and tried to be understanding to her problems she brought along with her.(talk about baggage,geeze!)After 5 days of this she blames me for not trying enough to understand her. I drive her to the airport and she snarls at me like some wild animal.I get back home and I find out she has helped herself and stole my whole bottle of presciption Ambiem! I don't know what the lesson here is to learn but...I guess life really is like a box of chocalates.Oh well,at least I tried.Ha!
The Vikes are 7 and 6 now and there is some talk about the playoffs. Jackson seemed to have settled down and doing okay for now. I'm hoping to make it to the playoffs...it may not happen but I am rooting for it.I hope they bury the Bears on Monday night!!!!!
My ex-mother in law was so nasty to a clerk once i wanted to hide.She tore into this poor young girl for nothing at all. I hope I never become like that.

I Read roughly 7-8 books a year.I recommend :The 5 People You Meet in Heaven.By :Mitch Albon It's not a really long read and it's a moving book.He also wrote:Tuesdays With Morrie.It won awards. He's a good author.
Clapton:an autobiograghy.Now this a great book for me.Heartfelt and honesty
Elmore Leonard books rock.They've made alot of movies out of his books for a good reason.
Try Hunter Thompson if you want a humorous journey.If you read the FEAR AND LOATHING IN LAS VEGAS...you'll die laughing.And yes..it is better than the movie Johnnie Depp did.A writer for the Rolling Stone magazine,Playboy,and many more.There will never be another Hunter S.Thompson.He wrote alot of books.

Capton...an autobiograghpy is book that just hit the stands a week or so ago.I read this thing completly and it is a real page turner book.Hard to put down. Eric will take you from his humble begginings to playing with the Yardbirds,John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers,Cream,Blind Faith,and Derek and the Dominos.He will also take you on a tell all and humbling journey through drugs,alcohol,his stays at hazelden recovery here in Minnesota.He tells all about his Patti boyde...his former wife...and George Harrison's ex also.His friendships with so many differant rock stars and how things are for him today,right now. MY Rating:5 Stars I was so floored at the way Eric was so humble and truthful in this book.I swear...it must've hurt to write for the guy.His son Coner's death and all.Some of the book is fun to read and you will laugh at some of the stuff these guys did.Eric did manage to hang on to his Hurtwood Estate which was the very first thing he bought so long ago.It was a run down place when he got it and I guess the place has some pretty happy and real misrable times spent there. This man is a true rock legend....you won't be sorry to read it!!!!
Mine used to be spring...Minnesota winters can be long.But as I get older,I like fall too.I even like winter if I would'nt have to drive in that stupid backed up traffic.
