He was saying that he couldn't breath, before he ever threw himself on the ground.. Cops hear that con everyday.. I was unfortunate enough to ride in a paddy wagon, back in the day, and every MF'er in there had an ailment, except the one who kept threatening to beat the cops asses..

Floyd was a time bomb, with enough drugs in him to stop a horse from breathing.. Pee Wee Herman could have survived everything the cops did to Floyd, and then some, provided Herman was free of Fentanyl, and Meth...
