about 78 degrees with a 20% chance of rain. I moved to FL from NC for a reason! I can go back for the seasons anytime. I do not miss the snow especially in February and March.

On the web they are saying he had a seizer and hit his head on the bathtub and it killed him. My heart goes out to the family. So sad and heartbreaking.

I have to say that cell phones this day and time are an absolute necessity. As a single woman, I am responsible for my own protection. There are way too many men that pose as the "good guy" and in fact are quite the opposite. Even with todays technology, I personally feel I that if I choose to take the time to meet a man then he has some potential and I want to see if there is a connection face to face. I always let my best friend know where I am going and she is to call by a certain time if she doesn't hear from me. If you feel this is rude then I would suggest that you read the newspaper, listen to the news or even read on the internet. This world isn't what it was when we were teens. I might also suggest instead of being so set in your own ways that you might look at this from a womans point of view. I am not being rude I am being responsible for my own safety and also being a responsible parent. I would welcome a man that would respect the fact that I take dating seriously and that I am being careful to protect my greatest asset....me. If he can't then I know there will never be any connection even as a friend.

I know and I have to leave it on because of my child at home in case anything happens and he needs me. He's old enough to be alone 17, and the ex: he wasn't angry he said he loves me and was missing me and wanted to talk. My prob is that after 7 years he knows my weak spots and he knows that I love him. I'm slowly moving forward, through it all!

I'm surviving for now....still trying to get over that damn man and he keeps showing up! I had a date...OMG the first one in years and it was going well and guess who called 3 times while I was on my date and then he just showed up at my door at 1 in the morning! I can't even go out without him coming back and he's the one that left me!

For it is one of the most profound poems I have ever read.

This describes the man that I love completely. He is so afraid of commitment and so afraid of loving.... he doesn't even love himself. He hides behind the "paintcoats". I wish he could see that no matter what he has done to destroy our relationship that I do and always will love him.....completely, totally unconditionally.
I just want to say thank you.
