I am agreeing with the cameras and am actually speaking to her now about it. She too is agreeing. I am afraid for her, and if this woman can maliciously slash tires, this makes me believe she is capable of doing bodily harm too.
Yes on both Shine. But in the court system, it is extremely difficult to prove harassment. The only reason why her husband was successful in getting that order, is because he had recorded something she had said to him, unbeknown to her. When she was asked in front of the judge if she said that, she denied it. The recording was played, the harassment order went into place.
This morning, my friend awoke to her tires on her car slashed. We all know who did it, but there is no proof.
Tru, he has tried everything except to murder her. My friend and I can't seem to find an end to this. Her husband went to the police and filed another report yesterday to get another court date to be heard for breaking the harassment order. But we all know how court systems work.
Thank you Shine. This has been going on for over four months! And instead of it stopping, even with a court order, it is getting worse! It is my friends worse nightmare. Her husband is doing everything in his power to get this woman to stop, plus trying to keep his wife reassured and safe.
ROFLMAO I wish my friend was the type of person that would do that, but she isn't. She is a very kind person, which is getting in the way with this situation.
The games she is playing is putting a strain on them. My friend can't even go to the store without finding this woman stalking her to cause a problem. My friend was late on her car inspection, this wench called the police and she received a ticket. Even though she showed the officer that she had an appointment the next day to get a repair done to receive the inspection. This woman is crazy!
Oh I so agree Shine! The pleasure of being able to take that wench down a few pegs. But, reality is, we would be arrested for assault. So what other options would there be? I am trying to help with a very good friend of mine, who has found herself in this position. Her husband has made it very clear to this woman that he loves his wife and is 110% devoted to her. But this woman is now playing very dirty!
Okay ladies, tell me, what would you do with the knowledge that another woman is wanting to take your man away from you? You know your relationship is secure, solid, and that your man would never do anything to hurt you. But a woman finds an overwhelming desire to have him, and will go to great lengths to get him. Lies, deceit, set ups to make a situation look bad, setting him up into a situation he had no idea that would put him into a bad spot, etc. What would you do?
