It's not the craving that makes people go back to smoking, it's the HABIT....

and no, I don't smoke.....now, but I have done for 4 years....it was a looooong time ago but I do remember what it was like to give up.

One thing that kept me going is to talk about it to absolutely everyone I would meet and to feel very proud of myself as I went along....4 days.....2 weeks....a month....5 months.....1 year.....and what kept me from starting again was the idea I would have to start giving it up aaaaalllll over again....

This thread was a very good idea!
