YEP, you are right, we need different amounts as we go through changes (hormonal, environmental etc) and because we do not know how much our body uses we need to have a surplus. Too much is only going to hurt your pocket...the rest is pissed out as it were LOL

Actually i take 3,000 mg a day and never notice colds anymore, however, that is not all I do

Sorry but are you looking for a quick cure or would you agree with me that it is better to work on PREVENTION?

19 years ago I could not LOOK at another person with a cold or anything similar and I would be in bed for weeks. In fact most of the time I did not know whether I was finishing one or getting a new one!

Since I have realised that I need to look after my body on a daily baisis so that it does not need to detox itself so dramatically each time I get a cold...

Think about it....how is it possible that people get the same bug but each reacts totally differently, some just feel unwell for a day or so, some are in bed for weeks....

The reason is that if you are very toxic your body will not be able to fight the invadors and it will be very badly attacked...to clear itself it will take need to do a much more thorough detox...resulting in days of unwellness.

Let me know if you want to have more info on this...you may have gone asleep by now?
