It won't be annexing but alienating might occur because of the state of our economy's and the great need for oil both countries have and I hope that doesn't occur. I would like to see more money spent on research for new energy sources then more war and alienations for oil
or more harm to the environment which many people don't seem to think or be aware of or even care about.

Are you sure? I think it is the same as in America some care and some don't. Even though you say this is not a political thead I don't know how it can't turn in that direction. Especially right now...when Candians are threatening to go ahead and break environmental laws to drill the sand oil and hoping for McCain to win.

Surely Bush has this all under control and we are making great strides in Iraq and NOW there might not have to be a war, we just need to keep on top of how great things are improving in Iraq. They are even starting to THINK about pulling our troops out of Iraq soon. And Iran is not as much of a threat as it once was, maybe they were wrong about that too. They CAN PROBABLY get by without a war on Iran.

I can tell you that Bush has had a very negative role in the way our military industrial complex functions. Him and his political cabinet have actually made things much more difficult for men who knew more. It is sickening to see how haphazard they have managed this war and how carelessly they have behaved toward human life. As you said before Robbie they didn't go in to win the hearts of the Iraqi's. And the Texas Cowboy's political attitude of fighting terrorist there instead of here and "Bring it On" did not help the real cause in Iraq. Some of the ignorant armchair soldiers can talk tough and say you're a wimp if you care about human life. And if you dare use your brain to think before you act and listen to people who know more than you do. Bush will never admit a mistake. He hides and lets everyone else take the fall for him when things don't go as simple as he planned. Real leaders don't expect easy solutions and fast and easy results, they take the time to think things through, they LISTEN to other people, they explore all options. They admit when they make a mistake. Bush never admits a mistake but most of us know that Bush has abused his power in many ways....this is just one example. All Bush is really good at is covering up.

Check the flight combat radius of Israel's F-16 and F-15. Niether has the flight range to make flight to Iran without air to air refueling.
Air to air refueling means air operation over the airspace of surrounding Moslem countries with their radars watching. I don't think that those Isreali F-16s are going to make the trip to Iran, Robbie. But the Isreali have surprised us (me) in the past.

Also Isreal is has a new interceptor of its own making. Suppose to be right up there with our THAAD in accurancy. Much better than the Patriot I or II.

On the Chechens. During the Russian/Chechen conflict. The Chechen used training camp and bases within Northern Iran. Follow this a little. We know Iranian IEDs and other munitions are making their way into Iraq. Specially northern Iraq where you have the rugged terrian for safe border crossing. My thinking is that the Iranians are using them as delivery men. It makes sense though. It keeps the Iranian Qut Force from being caught in Iraq with Iran devices. We thought at one time we had caught some Iranian Qut in Iraq, they were there on diplomatic passport and documents....so Iran keeps thier direct involvement well covered....they have doing this a long time...since Lebanon and before.
They have to use someone as thier delivery man on thier devices.

Just because Sadam is (or was) paying mercs (pretty hard to now where he is, to sign cheques), doesnot mean that Iran is not a player in Iraq. Also not unknown for groups to double dip (work for two countries).This is the middle east....every body is a player and every body plays....which is sad because of the damage/death being done there.

As I said, we have lost our ability to peace talk for the most part becoming active in Iraq. So maybe it is time for UN negotiations on things there. But if they want to play a role as peace maker.... time is short......most here project Iranian nucs by mid summer 2009.

Doesn't Isreal have nucs? If Isreal would back off and act fair they wouldn't have to worry so much.

That is an interesting question, they will either have to face their prejudice and fear of a different race leading our country or continue to live in fear of losing thier jobs and kids being sent to a war they dont' approve of. And paying record high food prices, gas prices, and giving huge tax cuts to the rich while many can't afford housing or medical care, especially without jobs. So it will be interesting to see how they choose.

I have given facts on the NACP. I have given facts of every zionist who was in Bush's cabinet at the time this was ochestrated. There are a lot of evidence since this has happened that has been proved to the public. GW Bush has a 28% approval rating. The majority of the American people now believe they were misled. I gave facts today about the Downing memo's. I am pretty sure the facts have been covered but some people just refuse to face reality and will stay in denial along with their delusional president. I find it interesting to discuss some of the current events that are going on in the election or I wouldn't even be a part of this thread getting personally attacked everytime I do present a fact.

Why do you believe Blair was deceived, he was the one who came to the Crawford ranch and made the backup plan Iraqi Freedom.
So if there were no MWD they could say it was for that reason. He is as guilty as Bush in my opinion. He didn't have any evidence to back Bush. Are you saying that he is more stupid than the German and French leaders because they didn't fall for it?

Well many American's were not very happy about Bush going to war on Iraq either but Blair knew what he was doing. He knew as much as Bush. I don't know how that makes him any better.

I hope you are not just talking about American politics and not your own countries part in all of this? And I once had more respect for Blair than I did Bush then I realized that he is a poodle being led around his collar. Not much spine there either.

There is a LOT of poverty in the Applachians and many don't even make it through highschool, they have grown in so much hate and fear that they are easily misled to vote against their own interest. And they're probably having flashbacks of when Clinton was President. When the economy was better. Obama won't take those states but I will bet that more the 2/3 of Hillary's supporters will change their minds. This might advance our whole country some.....

Sparky do you believe that any two people can believe exactly the same? Especially when one is far less educated and much older from a different generation? What I read is Obama liked the jam they played in that church. And that he was advised to go to church for his political career.
And Rev. Wright is not as extreme as some would have people to believe. but it really isn't going to take much to convince prejudice people not to vote for Obama, that just gives a more socially acceptable reason. they were telling at the polls in West Virgina that the reason they voted for HIllary was race or "this country is not ready for a black leader." i read they don't expect them to be as truthful about it in KY but they are saying it is because his ties with Wright and inexperience. But for many it is race. and he is still expected to do well in the more educated parts of KY.

Well, the Jewish people I know have been smart and I have read that over 60% of the Democrat American's Jews would vote for Obama and when the party is unified it will go up to over 80%.
