well thats the thing there is a recession on.. and according to their website..

"Dublin City Council Housing Authority provides housing for people in Dublin who cannot afford their own home need somewhere to live."

everyone is entitled to apply and with the times that it it would suit them better to employ more to create a lower volume of applications.. works both ways creating jobs and lessens there backtrack of apps

i was dating the same fella for a few years always thought id br engaged at 21 and married with kids by 25...

now at 21 if someone mentioned the 'M' word id have heart faliure there and then...

i think eary 30's to late 30's is time enough to start havin kids and if marraige is what u want then maybe then at least il know i have lived my live, progressed in my career and can provide a happy stable home for my 'family'
