It certainly has a lot to do with it and yes it was crazy to allow learner drivers to drive on their own. A lot of accidents happen after midnight which I feel speaks for it self. Accidents do not happen by accident they are caused by inexperienced drivers or drivers who have been distracted or simply not paying attention.
We shall have to wait and see if this does make a difference to the carnage on our roads.
I put this up because I picked up a bottle of BARON SAINT JEAN VIN DU PAYS DU GARD (Rouge) in a German supermarket yesterday (I think Aldi) and it has amazed me, it cost less than €5 and tastes as good as other wines I have been drinking that cost three times or more than that!
Isn't this the very reason people were encouraged to join the EEC, everything was going to be cheaper.
You can only change your self. If you need to change the man your with means he is not the person for you. It's the main reason why relationships end, when we change ourselves we automatically attract the right person to us. But thats the hard part............waiting.
I have posed that question to myself and felt that my ties to my children are very strong and now the grand children are arriving I feel an even stronger bond and moving away seems a bit scary.
