No i dont think so. I dont think I have ever made the first move. I think its a confidence thing with woman or lack of! If he made a move and I wasn't feeling it i would let him know. JMO

I never smoke in my car but, the only reason being is its brand new and the kids are mostly with me.even when their not I still dont as it will make their carseats stink! I did before though. Drove from ashbourne to donnybrook everyday and couldn't do city centre traffic without a smoke! I dont see how its dangerous. Im a good driver so I can do both, safely! If thats the case they should ban old men picking the snotter of themselves. The finger is rammed up their noses longer then it takes me to smoke a full cigarette We pay tax, we pay insurance, we pay for nct, we pay for our licence and fuel and now they want to tell us what to do? nah i dont think so!!!!
